VISA Information:

General Information on Travel Visas:
If you are not a US citizen, you may need a visa for entry into the US. For additional information regarding visas and/or passports, please visit the Bureau of Consular Affairs or the US Consulate in your country.

 

Travel Visa:
Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into the United States if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and may take up to a few months.

 

How To Obtain a Visa:
Complete information on how to apply for a VISA to enter the US can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s website on visas.

Conference Invitation Letter for Authors

 

Invitation letters will be approved and issued in accordance with IEEE policies and sent via e-mail unless a hard copy is specifically requested.

 

Please send your invitation letter request to Cathy Larson, at cal@eller.arizona.edu. When requesting a letter of invitation, please be sure to include all of the following information:

 

  • Title (Prof, Dr, Mr, Ms, etc)

  • Family name or surname

  • First name

  • IEEE member number (or ‘None’)

  • University or organization name

  • University or organization complete mailing address

  • Email address

  • Fax number

  • Phone number

 

Title of your accepted paper, or if you do not have a paper accepted, provide a brief description of your interest in and reason for attending the conference

All letters will be sent through email. If you need to have an original, hard copy mailed to a different address, please include your complete mailing address.
